A look inside Hailey Bieber’s London Rhode UK launch party where a-list stars tucked into ‘donuts’

Unfortunately my invitation didn’t arrive in time for the party to celebrate the launch of Hailey Bieber's Rhode Beauty line in the UK,  so I wasn’t able to make it to the Chiltern Firehouse (note a hint of sarcasm) as I of course would have wanted to attend. However, although I wasn’t there physically, I feel that I have managed to get quite the flavour of what went inside. 

Hailey Bieber, joined by husband Justin, as expected looked utterly gorgeous in a strapless silver sequined figure hugging dress. She accessorised with matching heels and a black handbag. She showed off her new hairstyle that has been dubbed the French-Girl Bob’ and of course, her skin was just glowing.

Glowing skin and more specifically ‘Glazed Donut’ skin  is of course what Hailey Bieber is all about and she has demonstrated how to get this look on her TikTok. It therefore made perfect sense that ‘donuts’ were served at the party which took place at Chiltern Firehouse in London. 

Lauren Ratner, the Head of Brand for Rhode and who was named in Forbes 30 under 30 in Marketing, joined Hailey and Justin in London and showcased some insider photographs of the party on her Instagram stories. As well as delicious pastel sugary cakes (that looked like they might have come from Peggy Porschen, who makes the most delectable cakes imaginable), there were of course, as expected, lots of ‘donuts.’ 

She also showed guests enjoying the cocktails on offer that included what looked like vodka or gin martini cocktails. I am sure that at the end of the evening, they were treated to a going home ‘goody bag’ with plenty of Rhode beauty products and perhaps a personalised Rhode lollipop as I also spotted them on Lauren Ratner’s Instagram stories.

On Hailey Bieber’s own Instagram, she shared photographs from her trip to London and wrote: “London day 1” Photographs from what looked like a hotel suite showed Hailey posing on the phone, showing a close up of sparkly eye-make-up and dreamy ‘donut skin’ and posing with American singer Justine Skye.

Guests who attended the Rhode party in London included Lewis Hamilton, and Sabrina Elba. Although Hailey glammed up for the event, Justin went for a ‘dressed down’ casual look and wore baggy brown trousers, a black leather jacket, and a green hooded top that he wore over his baseball cap.
