Kate Moss wows in sheer dress at the 2022 WSJ Innovator Awards

Supermodel Kate Moss ensured all eyes were firmly fixed on her when she arrived at the annual WSJ Innovator Awards in a see-through Grecian style dress by YSL.

The 48-year old, along with other high profile stars, obviously chose to wear YSL for the evening as she was honouring the brand’s designer Antony Vaccarello at the event.

The outfit, which featured a triangle cut-out on a the midriff and a dramatic hood, is from YSL’s Spring 2023 collection. It was undoubtedly a nod to singer Grace Jones’s iconic trademark style. Kate Moss accessorised the look with black underwear and chandelier style earrings.

Kate Moss was not the only star turning heads at the WSJ Innovator Awards.

Hailey Bieber looked suitably chic in a floor-length black dress, also by YSL. She opted for a polished beauty style, with a glossy nude lipstick and a brown eyeshadow across her eyelids.

As for Kate’s hairstyle, she chose to sweep it into an elegant bun, which allowed all attention to be drawn to her dress.

Other high-profile celebrities who attended the event included actress Margot Robbie, who accepted the award of 2022 Entertainment Innovator.

She chose a 70s style look for the evening and opted for a sharp white blazer and billowing matching flared trousers. Margot was one of the honourees of the night and accepted an award for the 2022 Entertainment Innovator.

The annual WSJ event was first launched in 2011 and the idea behind it was to celebrate talented individuals from such disciplines as entertainment, fashion, art and design.

Kate Moss has been very busy on the social scene and was a guest recently at the wedding of beauty editor Tish Wienstock to stylist Tom Guinness.

She attended the celebration alongside her daughter Lila. She has also recently reinvented herself as a wellness guru and launched Cosmoss by Kate Moss, a beauty and wellness brand that offers skincare and wellness products.
