Love Island’s Gemma Owen and Sam Bankman-Fried are making the headlines for romantic split and dramatic crypto collapse

Gemma Owen has gone straight to the top of People World’s hot list as she is on the singles market after breaking up with Luca Bish. I hate to be a cynic, but it was only a matter of times before Love Island’s Gemma Owen and Luca Bish split up. If truth be known, I was surprised that they even made it out of the villa as a couple.

Although Luca did make a grand gesture when the couple became ‘official’ by lavishing Gemma with candles, roses and a Cartier bracelet, I did think his huge efforts might not be rewarded in the end. Poor Luca!

I know Gemma and Luca have literally just broken up, but People World thought it would be a bit of fun to pair her up with other eligible high-profile stars in my article about the star. Why not just call me Miss Matchmaker?

Next on my who’s hot list is comedian Joe Lycett. He is in the news for threatening to shred £10,000 if David Beckham does not end his controversial multi-million-pound deal with Qatar to promote the World Cup. Methinks David Beckham won’t end his deal nor will Joe shred £10,000. However, Joe is at least making sure he voices his opinions to whoever will listen to him.

Finally on People World’s hot list today is actor Andrew Garfield. He has been dubbed the ‘Sexiest Actor Alive’ by Glamour magazine, which is another reason why we have decided he would make a suitable match for Gemma Owen, who is currently at the top of our hot list.

Now onto the not so hot. Coming in at number one is Sam Bankman-Fried, someone you may not have known much about or even at all until recently. He is the founder of collapsed crypto exchange FTX, the company which filed for bankruptcy last week. Sam reportedly saw 90 percent of his $16bn fortune wiped out in a single day! And I thought I was having a bad day yesterday!

From the financial world to the I’m a Celebrity world. Before you think this is the sublime to the ridiculous, I only have to say the name Matt Hancock for this to make sense.

I’m a Celebrity’s Scarlette Douglas has made the who’s not list today as she is starting to annoy Boy George in the jungle. He feels that she shuts him down whenever he tries to debate political issues with Matt Hancock, and I couldn’t agree more. When Boy George tried to talk to Matt, Scarlette interjected to ask Matt something about socks. Socks of all things Scarlette. Let the two men debate in peace!

Brooklyn Beckham is the last name on the who’s not list as he simply annoys me. No it is not for that reason which is of course very harsh. It is because he teased a new docuseries where he will be tested by working as a chef in established restaurants. Chef?

Did I miss him attending culinary school for several years to pursue a career as a chef? I know the Beckhams are friends with Gordon Ramsay and his family, and he might have given Brooklyn a few lessons, however, that doesn’t make him a chef in my book!
