Prince William and Kate Middleton are certainly having a very busy week in the lead up to the coronation. Not only have they recently celebrated their daughter, Prince Charlotte’s eighth birthday, but they were also seen photographed at the coronation rehearsals at Westminster Abbey.

Prince William and Kate Middleton were joined at the coronation rehearsal by their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. As well as King Charles and Queen Camilla, Princess Anne was also in attendance for the run through of Saturday’s momentous event.

On Thursday 4th May, they will be visiting the Dog and Duck Pub in the heart of London’s Soho. The Evening Standard wrote an article on the pub in 2017 and described it as “It’s worn-in, well loved and still gorgeous, a mix of heavy wood and ornate tiles, painted mirrors and ancient, original lights. The beauty of all this being untouched is that you’ll enjoy the same surroundings as John Constable, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and, er, Madonna.”

Prince William and Kate Middleton are believed to be visiting the Dog and Duck Pub in Soho to find out how they are preparing for the coronation on May 6. According to The Times, “The couple will go to the Dog and Duck in Soho to talk to staff and meet representatives of other hospitality and recreation businesses in the area.”

If you happen to be in Soho’s Frith Street in London at the same time, you might get the opportunity to meet the Prince and Princess of Wales as they are set to meet members of the public as they leave.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have visited many pubs before and even showed off their bartending skills in 2019 when they visited Belfast, Northern Ireland. They also enjoyed a pint of Guinness when they attended the  St Patrick's Day parade at Cavalry Barracks in the same year.
