As Princess Eugenie celebrates her 33rd birthday, a look at her job as a Director at an art gallery in London

It is easy to forget that as well as being a Princess, a wife, a mother, and daughter to Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, Princess Eugenie also has a job! Princess Eugenie is sure to be celebrating her birthday with her nearest and dearest today, but she also works as a Director at art gallery Hauser & Wirth in London.
According to its website, “HRH Princess Eugenie of York has been working at Hauser & Wirth since 2015. She is a Director based in London. During her time working across gallery projects, art fairs, and events, Eugenie has built close relationships with a number of artists - Roni Horn among them.”

Hide AdAfter attending Marlborough College in Wiltshire, Princess Eugenie graduated with a 2:1 degree in English Literature, History of Art and Politics at Newcastle University. According to Tatler magazine “Princess Eugenie scored two A*s, four As and three Bs in her GCSEs and her A-level results were so good that in 2008 the palace actually sent out a statement so they could tell the world.”
In 2016, Princess Eugenie did an interview with Harper’s Bazaar where she spoke about her career and love for art. “I knew I definitely wouldn’t be a painter (laughs), but I knew this was the industry for me. I love being able to share my passion for art with people.”
For her 33rd birthday today, Princess Eugenie’s mother Sarah Ferguson took to Instagram to share her love for her daughter. She shared a cute photograph of Princess Eugenie from when she was a little girl and said: “Happiest Happiest of birthdays, my Eugenie… Spring flowers always tell me the excitement of your birthday is soon and here we are. You are my magical beloved daughter and I am so proud of you.”
Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have one son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank and she is currently pregnant with their second child.
