The Sunday Times 100; who are the fastest growing fashion and lifestyle businesses in 2023?

The Sunday Times have released their list of the top UK businesses that have seen rapid growth in the last financial year.

Manchester sportswear brand Castore and London based CBD infused drinks brand TRIP are among the top 20 fastest growing businesses in the United Kingdom, according to the Sunday Times 100 list of Britain’s fastest growing businesses. The annual ranking identifies and celebrates Britain’s 100 leading entrepreneurial businesses, and showcases the people behind our most dynamic private companies.

Castore came second in the list of 20 businesses that have experience a huge growth spurt in the last financial year, with the brand earning £115 million GBP - that a growth rate of 285.80%, but was beaten by Scottish based outsourced recruitment specialists Joint Talent, who saw a growth rate of 303.98% in the last year alone.

TRIP also had a tremendous growth rate having only hitting supermarket shelves in 2019, earning £14.4m in the year 2022 to 2023 with a growth of 263.09% while Swansea vodka distillers Au Vodka ranked fifth on the list, with a growth of 236.96% and showing, much like LVMH have done in Europe, that alcohol commodities continue to boom post COVID-19 lockdown.

Elsewhere in the top twenty, hair care brand Chāmpo (pronounced sharr-pour) saw their sales increase to £8.9 million GBP in the last financial year, and London beauty and wellness brand LYMA Life experience a growth rate last year of 199.40%, increasing their profits to an estimated £23.2 million GBP.
