Jill Biden, the wife of US President Joe Biden has been joined by their granddaughter Finnegan Biden for the coronation

When I saw the photographs of Jill Biden and Rishi Sunak’s wife Akshata Murty, I have to be honest with you that I was more interested in the young lady standing next to Jill, who is none other than her granddaughter, Finnegan Biden. I suspect that many others will be interested in finding a bit more about her…

The First Lady Jill Biden obviously felt that she didn’t want to attend the momentous occasion of King Charles’s coronation without anyone by her side (after Joe Biden revealed that he wasn’t attending). What can be nicer than asking a family member, and more specifically a grandchild to accompany her?

Finnegan Biden, the daughter of Hunter Biden, is the lucky grandchild who has been chosen. The East Wing revealed in a statement that “As we’ve noted before with other family travel, historically, family members of Presidents have frequently joined them during travel. Current practices are consistent with those used by prior Administrations.”

According to Insider, Finnegan Biden, “graduated from Penn in 2021, earring a degree in history with a concentration in American studies. While in college, she was involved in several causes, participating in Earth Day project for Penn’s Climate Week program and successfully campaigning the administration to extend the school’s pass/fail grading option deadline.”

Finnegan’s sister Naomi Biden got married to Paul Neal last year on the South Lawn of the White House last year and looked incredibly chic in a wedding gown by Ralph Lauren. Finnegan was her maid of honour and the groom’s brother was his best man. The other bridesmaids included Naomi and Finnegan’s older sister Maisy and the groom’s sister, Betsy.

Without question, Finnegan Biden attending King Charles’s coronation, will undoubtedly grow the world’s awareness of her even more…
