Question Time is back on screens tonight with the conversation traveling to Scotland.
Host Fiona Bruce will be bringing the latest episode of the BBC political show to Paisley, in the west of Scotland for the final episode of Question Time in 2026.
Various panelists will be joining the show to discuss the most pressing political matters of the week. Here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s episode.
Who is on Question Time tonight?
Five guests will be joining Fiona Bruce on the panel in Paisley tonight. The panel will include:
- Stephen Flynn - SNP Westminster leader & MP for Aberdeen South
- Anas Sarwar - Scottish Labour leader, MSP for Glasgow and ex-MP for Glasgow Central
- Russell Findlay - Scottish Conservatives leader & MSP for West Scotland
- Angela Haggerty - Journalist & former editor of CommonSpace and The Sunday Herald
- Lord Offord - financier and former Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Scotland under Boris Johnson, Liz Truss, and Rishi Sunak

With the conversation on Question Time taking place in the west of Scotland, much of the focus will be on matters concerning Scottish politics. Party leaders from Scotland’s major parties, including Anas Sarwar and former journalist Russell Findlay, will be part of the debate, while the SNP’s Westminster leader Stephen Flynn represents his party on the panel.
Lord Offord recently hit headlines after defecting from the Conservatives to Reform UK as the right-wing party attempts to pick up steam in Scotland with support rising. During a speech at a party event in Falkirk last week, Lord Offord denounced the Tories, saying that they had “given up” on Scotland, and confirmed he would be stepping down from the House of Lords to run for Reform in the next Scottish Parliament elections in May 2026.
Journalist and editor Angela Haggerty rounds out the panel this evening. Haggerty is the former editor of the now-defunct site CommonSpace and also wrote for Scottish titles including The Sunday Herald, where she also briefly held a news editor position. She has been vocal on issues impacting Scottish politics, in particular stating her support for Scottish independence.
