Costa regulars will know see that some familiar favourites are making a welcome return, and there are also some intriguing new additions, including a Golden Hazel Latte made with Ferrero Rocher, a Gingerbread Iced Matcha Latte and a range of brownie-inspired drinks.
Here's everything you need to know about Costa Coffee's Christmas menu for 2026.
If, like me, you think the arrival of festive drinks is one of the best things about this time of year, Costa Coffee's latest line-up looks particularly tempting. Leading the new additions is the Golden Hazel Latte with Ferrero Rocher, which combines Costa's signature Mocha Italia coffee with chocolate and hazelnut flavours. The drink is finished with chocolate whip and golden crunchy sprinkles, with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate served alongside it for an extra indulgent touch.
If you prefer something cold, the new Gingerbread Iced Matcha Latte offers a seasonal twist on the popular matcha drink, combining smooth matcha with warming gingerbread flavours. It's served over ice and topped with light whip and a gingerbread biscuit, making it an interesting alternative to the usual festive latte.
Chocolate fans haven't been forgotten, either, thanks to the arrival of the Ultimate Yule Brownie range, available as either a hot chocolate or a latte. Inspired by the rich flavours of a chocolate brownie yule log, both drinks are topped with chocolate whip, brownie pieces and a dusting of meringue. It's certainly a tempting option if your ideal Christmas treat involves as much chocolate as possible.
Of course, Christmas wouldn't quite be Christmas without a few familiar favourites, and Costa is bringing back several popular seasonal drinks.
Returning to the menu are:
- Black Forest Hot Chocolate: a festive chocolate treat inspired by the classic Black Forest combination.
- Terry's Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate: ideal for anyone who can't resist the much-loved chocolate orange flavour.
- Gingerbread Latte: a Christmas coffee classic that returns year after year.
- Caramel Nutcracker Latte: back in both hot and iced versions, so you can choose whichever suits your mood.
The beloved seasonal takeaway cups are also making a return, giving your festive coffee run a little extra Christmas spirit.
It's not just the drinks menu getting a seasonal upgrade. Costa is also bringing plenty of festive flavours to its lunchtime offering, with new toasties, flatbreads and a seriously comforting mac and cheese. The Pigs in Blankets 'Nduja Mac & Cheese is a standout option from the food menu. This combines creamy cheese sauce and mature cheddar with spicy Italian 'nduja, finished with a hot cheese crumb and seasonal pigs in blankets.
There are also two new festive lunchtime options to look out for. The Festive Flatbread combines chicken breast with spiced red cabbage, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce, all wrapped in a sage and onion flatbread. Alternatively, the Festive Feast Toastie brings together chicken breast, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce in garlic, onion and sage crumbed bread topped with cheese, before being toasted. If you prefer to stick with a tried-and-tested favourite, the Pigs & Blankets Toastie and Brie, Bacon & Cranberry Panini are both returning to the menu too.
Now on to the festive bakery selection. Costa is introducing five new sweet treats over the Christmas period, with options ranging from rich chocolate bakes to comforting autumn-inspired flavours.
The new additions include:
- Chocolate Brownie Fudge Cake: topped with creamy chocolate frosting and loaded with brownie pieces.
- Chocolate Brownie: another option for anyone who can't get enough of chocolate.
- Dubai-Style Speculoos Tiffin: combining the familiar spiced flavour of speculoos with a Dubai-style twist.
- Toffee Apple Crumble: a comforting combination of classic seasonal flavours.
- Black Forest Yule Log: a festive centrepiece filled with tart cherry filling and finished with a dusting of sugar.
Costa is also bringing back several popular bakery favourites, including its All-Butter Mince Pie, Gluten Free Mince Tart, Terry's Chocolate Orange Muffin and Festive Spice Muffin.
The Iced Penguin Gingerbread Biscuit will return on November 5 too, and Costa says that 20p from each purchase will be donated to its global charity partner, The Costa Foundation.
The Costa Coffee Christmas 2026 menu launches today across stores in the UK and Ireland, with seasonal merchandise and food available while stocks last. Some items have different launch dates or are available through specific outlets, so it's worth checking availability if there's a particular drink or treat you're keen to try.
With a Ferrero Rocher-inspired latte, chocolate brownie drinks and festive lunchtime favourites, Costa's Christmas line-up offers plenty of reasons to make your next coffee run a little more seasonal.
