WWE SummerSlam 2021: how to watch on TV and live stream

WWE superstars are set to take to the ring for SummerSlam 2021.

John Cena - the 16 time world champion - will return to WWE in an eagerly anticipated match with Roman Reigns.

No fewer than seven matches have been scheduled for the pay per view event set to take place in front of a full crowd.

Here's when the action starts UK time, the full match card and how to watch the action unfold as well as live stream.

When is WWE SummerSlam 2021?

In 2021, WWE SummerSlam will be held on Saturday 21 August in the US.

WWE SummerSlam 2021 will take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, with spectators in attendance.

The much anticipated match up between John Cena and Roman Reigns will headline the 2021 WWE SummerSlam event.

The two will do battle for the WWE Universal Championship.

Elsewhere Bobby Lashley and Goldberg will compete for the WWE Championship, and there will be a triple threat match for the Raw Women's Championship.

The title fight will see Rhea Ripley, Nikki ASH and Charlotte Flair compete for the belt.

Due to the time difference, the event won't begin until 1am in the early hours of Sunday 22 August for fans watching in the UK.

WWE fans can watch SummerSlam 2021 through BT Sport Box Office for a one-off fee of £19.95. Coverage will begin at 1am.

SummerSlam 2021 can also be live streamed via the WWE Network at a cost of £9.99 a month for its subscribers.
