But before a return to Test cricket later in the summer, World Cup winning captain Eoin Morgan will lead his No.1 ranked England one day team through some tricky fixtures against Sri Lanka.

The UK government's events research programme explores ways large crowds can return to live sport and music festivals by allowing a limited number through the gates alongside Covid rules.
England's ODI series against Sri Lanka will form part of this programme, with grounds allowed to permit 50% of the overall capacity, but the T20 series is not included in the government trial.
Around 2,000 spectators were allowed into Sophia Gardens as the fixtures fall under the Welsh government's rules, which includes social distancing of two-metres.
