A number of clubs are preparing for a double gameweek as they play their rescheduled matches that were postponed due to Covid-19 earlier in this season.

Here is all you need to know about Fantasy Premier League’s GW26...
Who to captain
Liverpool are set for a double week and have some particularly favourable fixtures in store, with Anfield clashes against Norwich City and Leeds United coming up.
Mohamed Salah seems like the best option to captain for GW26 after he scored his first goal following his return from AFCON against Inter Milan yesterday.

Hide AdLeeds and Norwich have two of the worst defensive records in the Premier League this season and it seems almost guaranteed that Salah can benefit from their struggles.
Diogo Jota is also a good option, though it depends on whether he is fully fit.
The Portuguese was subbed off against Inter Milan and Jurgen Klopp has said he will be assessed ahead of this weekend’s clash.
Similarly, Arsenal have two matches coming up against Brentford and Wolves - perhaps more tricky opponents than Liverpool.

Transfers in
Gabriel
Arsenal have picked up four clean sheets in their last seven matches in all competitions.
With both Wolves and Brentford struggling for goals this season, the Gunners will be hopeful or another two solid performances from their backline.
Gabriel, who scored against Wolves last week, is highly likely to feature in their upcoming matches and could be a solid addition to your fantasy team’s defence.

Neal Maupay is often rather inconsistent for Brighton but was able to pick up his first Premier League goal since Boxing Day against Watford.
After claiming their second league victory of the year at Vicarage Road, it wouldn’t surprise me if Maupay can snatch another win for the Seagulls as they take on bottom place Burnley.
Lucas Digne
Luca Digne can provide Aston Villa with the best of both worlds as they host Watford this weekend.
Steven Gerrard’s side will be hopeful of a clean sheet against the Hornets, while Digne also offers Villa an attacking threat up the left flank.

Transfers out
Kieran Trippier
Kieran Trippier is enjoying some brilliant form for Newcastle United and many Fantasy Premier League players added him into their squad as he scored two free-kicks in two matches for the Magpies.
However, some may have missed that the defender has fractured the fifth metatarsal in his left foot and could be out of action for around two months.
Conor Gallagher
Conor Gallagher has been a staple in many people’s teams as he has shone for Crystal Palace for most of the season.

This means the midfielder is unable to feature against the Blues, so make sure to take him out before he costs you a lot of points.
Aaron Cresswell
Aaron Cresswell has been a solid member of many fantasy squads this season as West Ham have impressed in their pursuit of European football.
However, the Hammers are set to take on Newcastle United this weekend and the Magpies are in very good form following their positive transfer window.
