Here is our guide to the eight stadiums hosting the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

We took one step closer to the highly anticipated 2022 World Cup on Friday as the group stage draw was made.

While England discovered their three opponents - USA, Iran and Scotland/Ukraine or Wales - we also now know the stadiums which the Three Lions’ matches will be played in.

Eight different stadiums will host the World Cup in Qatar, with a majority built specifically for the winter tournament.

The football grounds are separated by roughly an hour’s drive and 43 miles.

Six of the stadiums will have around half their seats taken up after the World Cup and a seventh will be dismantled, while the remaining stadium will be the only one used for a football team afterwards.
