Finalists from the 2016 season, Palace, have enjoyed a solid season under Patrick Vieira, and are currently 11th place in the Premier League and competing for a top-half finish.
Meanwhile, Everton, who last made the final in 2009, have endured a rocky campaign so far, but they did pick up some much needed hope this week.
Frank Lampard’s men defeated Newcastle United to move three points clear of the drop zone with two games in hand over the likes of Watford, Leeds United and Norwich City.
