Premier League transfer news: Man City will not sell top star this summer
When we think about Manchester City as a presence in the transfer market, the temptation is to view them as a buying club, pure and simple.
And while it is true that nobody can splash the cash quite like Pep and the boys, the reality is that they’re not afraid to sell up when they think the time is right either.
