Next Spurs manager odds: Lazio man and ex-England international among favourites
Amid the European Super League mayhem last month, Spurs announced the exit of Jose Mourinho, and are now on the hunt for a new manager ahead of the 2020/21 campaign drawing to a close.
With Champions League qualification looking beyond them, the club are at risk of losing a number of their star players, such as England captain Harry Kane, and whoever lands the job will have a serious challenge on their hands to rebuild the north London club from top to bottom.
Here's our rundown of the bookies' current favourites to become Spurs' next permanent manager:

1. Mauricio Pochettino - Current odds: 18/1
Could Poch make a sensational return to Spurs? Well, he's blown Paris Saint-Germain's hopes of finally winning the Champions League, and they look set to throw away the Ligue 1 title to Lille too. It would be one heck of a gamble Photo: FRANCK FIFE

2. Julen Lopetegui - Current odds: 18/1
He famously walked out on Spain on the eve on the 2018 World Cup, when he was offered the Real Madrid job. He's currently managing Sevilla, with whom he won the Europa League last season. Photo: Octavio Passos

3. Eddie Howe - Current odds: 18/1
The fresh-faced ex-Bournemouth boss has been out of work since leaving the Cherries at the end of last season, when they were relegated to the Championship. He looks a dead cert for the Celtic job, rather than Spurs. Photo: CATHERINE IVILL

4. Roberto Martinez - Current odds: 16/1
Leading Belgium to become the highest ranked team in international football is no mean feat, and the former FA Cup winner could fancy another crack at club management. He's got to take Belgium to Euro 2020 first, mind. Photo: IAN WALTON
