Premier League transfer news: AC Milan plot triple Chelsea raid this summer

The Kings of Europe could be about to have their resolve tested.

With the Champions League taking pride of place in their trophy cabinet at present, things couldn’t get much better for Chelsea.

According to fresh reports, however, even a continental title hasn’t been enough to stop some players from feeling a little dissatisfied with their lot at Stamford Bridge, and Italian giants AC Milan could be about to offer the trio an escape route.
