Revealed: The toughest grounds to visit in the Premier League
Who has the strongest fortress in the top flight?
A good home record is the foundation of a lot of success in the Premier League.
Granted, without fans in grounds we’ve seen the usual proclivity for home advantage drift a tad this season, but nine times out of 10, the sides who perform best in the top flights are the ones who routinely punish their visitors.
So far this season, the standout performers on their own turf have definitely been Manchester City.
The Blues have taken 38 points at the Etihad – seven more than the next best tally, posted by West Ham.
At the other end of the spectrum, Fulham and Sheffield United have amassed just 10 points.
But how does this form compare to home records over the past decade?
Bankrate.com have run the number on every Premier League side to see who has built up the strongest fortress over the past 10 years.
