Scotland player ratings: How Steve Clarke's side fared over Israel and Faroe Islands double header

With two wins from two and six points picked up from their World Cup qualifiers against Israel and Faroe Islands, Scotland are now on the cusp of securing second place in their group and a play-off position.

A thrilling 3-2 win over familiar foes Israel at Hampden last Saturday had the Tartan Army bouncing before a gritty and somewhat lacklustre display in Tórsvøllur saw them grind out a narrow 1-0 victory.

Steve Clarke didn’t make too many changes between the two fixtures after so many had put in battling performances against the Israelis and a few did see that perfromance level drop either slightly or significantly for the second fixture.
