He only managed ATK for three games, winning two and losing one - meanwhile, his time at Tel Aviv saw him accumulate an impressive win/loss percentage of 73.68 over the course of 57 outings. At the end of his single season with Tel Aviv, he led them to the Israeli Premier League title and the Toto Al Cup.

As a player, Keane enjoyed two stints at Tottenham - the first came from 2002 to 2008, with the second lasting from 2009 to 2011. Overall, during his time with Spurs, he made 238 appearances in the Premier League for the Lilywhites and scored a total of 91 goals.
Outside of Spurs, Keane also played for clubs such as Liverpool, Inter Milan and West Ham United. They came from behind to beat Chelsea, with Keane being subbed off in extra time for Younes Kaboul.
