We are approaching the business end of the European Championship groups stages.

With two wins and a draw under their belt England have qualified as winners of Group D.

Gareth Southgate’s side now know their opponent following the conclusion of the group stage fixtures on Wedensday night.

England face the runners up of Group F.

Following a draw with Hungary last night, Germany finished as runners up.

Portugal finished in third following their 2-2 draw with France who topped the group.

England’s next game takes place next Tuesday, June 29.

The match kicks off at 5pm.

Where is the last 16 game?

England will stay at home for the last 16 with the game to be played at Wembley Stadium.
