Marcus Rashford, who is renowned for his charitable work off the field, is definitely winning rave reviews too for his performance on the pitch too during the World Cup. Supporting him on the sidelines has been his fiancee Lucia Loi.

After scoring twice in England’s 3-0 victory over Wales last night, Marcus Rashford was quick to join Lucia Loi in the stands. Wearing jeans and a football shirt with Rashford’s name and number on the back, the couple were only too happy to pack on the PDA by kissing one another.

Lucia, who met Marcus at school, is believed to have graduated in Advertising and Brand Management with first-class honours and is said to be working as an account executive for a PR firm in Manchester.

The couple became engaged during a trip to Hollywood in May and shared the news with a photograph of them kissing in front of a heart-shaped archway of flowers on their Instagram.

Although Lucia and Marcus have been dating since school, they did split up for a while when difficulties believed to have been associated with the Covid pandemic triggered them to split.

However, the couple confirmed that they had been reunited in January of this year. The pair appear to be closer than ever and Lucia is bound to be a tremendous support to him after he revealed that his friend had passed away from cancer a few days ago.

Marcus dropped to his knees after his first goal and pointed to the sky as part of his celebration.

He later revealed that he did this as a tribute to his friend. “I lost one of my friends a couple of days ago,” he said. “He had quite a long battle with cancer. I’m pleased I scored for him, he was a big supporter and good friend of mine.”
