Six Nations TV coverage: how to watch 6 nation rugby championship 2022 on BBC, ITV, live stream and highlights

The 2022 Six Nations kicks off next month as England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France and Italy

The 2022 Six Nations tournament will begin with defending champions Wales travelling to Dublin as they face Ireland.

France are currently the hot favourites to win the competition after causing upset against New Zealand during the Autumn Nations Series.

England are close behind the French and will face the daunting trip to Paris in March.

When does Six Nations 2022 start?

The 2022 Six Nations Championship starts on Saturday, February 5 and comes to an end on March 19.

England will take on Scotland in Edinburgh on the opening day.

How to watch Six Nations 2022 on TV

Every game will be aired live on either the BBC or ITV and have shared the broadcasting rights since 2016.

In previous years, the BBC broadcasted all of Scotland, Wales and France’s home matches - with ITV showing those of England, Ireland and Italy - but from 2022 all matches in Paris will be added to ITV’s coverage.
