It has been announced that former Love Island star Tommy Fury is set to fight Youtuber KSI at Manchester’s AO arena in October. Fans are excited to see Fury, 24, get in the ring with the Prime Drinks co-founder after his win against Jake Paul in February.

Fury, who recently got engaged to Molly-Mae Hague beat Paul in the Saudi Arabia boxing match by a split decision in favour of Fury. Paul fans will be desperate to see a rematch as it was his first defeat of his professional boxing career.

A month after his win Fury told Soccer AM “I'm down for a rematch. I will fight him tomorrow. Does he want it? I'm not so sure. The next fight I will take will be bigger than Jake Paul." In May Paul responded and confirmed his proposed rematch with Tommy Fury will happen "for sure" according to the Mirror.

Rumours of a rematch have been trending since Paul lost the match with TalkSport reported that Jake Paul has set a target date for Tommy Fury rematch but it's not on his terms.

Fans on X have commented on the news of a potential rematch. One person wrote “That's actually smart of Jake to send the rematch contract now for October because now Tommy can easily decide to accept it since it's at 185 + tommy vs KSI was probably gonna be around September - October.”

Another commented “That’s one I’d actually watch. Despite the fact that I think the monies involved makes a mockery of the sport.”
