RHOBH: Are Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky getting divorced and what does Morgan Wade have to do with it?

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards has denied that she and husband Mauricio Umansky are getting divorced after sharing a joint statement on social media. 

The Instagram post read: “In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.”

“Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”

Kyle signed off the post with “Thank you for the love and support Kyle and Mauricio.”  

Sources claim the couple's relationship has been on the rocks for months and she has been spotted not wearing her wedding ring. An insider close to the couple told People  that Kyle and Mauricio have been ‘separated for a while’ but the pair are still living under the same roof. 

According to Page Six fans of RHOBH have questioned Kyle’s relationship with country singer Morgan Wade. After Kyle shared a slew of images of the pair on her Instagram fans suggested Morgan may have been a factor in the couple's ‘separation’. 

The pair have been spending a lot of time together since they met last year and Kyle was even Morgan's date to the Americana Music Awards in September 2022.

Actress Kyle is best known for starring in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since 2010. Her husband Mauricio is the founder and CEO of real estate company The Agency. They have been married for 27 years. 

The couple reportedly met in a nightclub in 1994 when Kyle was going through a divorce from her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie whom she shares her eldest daughter Farrah Brittany with. Kyle and Mauricio got engaged later that year and married in 1996 they went on to welcome three daughters Alexia, Sophia and Portia.

It would appear the couple don't have a prenup agreement after Kyle previously told TV host Andy Cohen that “there was no fortune worth protecting with a prenup.” The couple have an estimated net worth of $200 million.
