Comedy, Halloween and music at The Crooked Crow Bar

Wednesday Night is the monthly comedy night introduced by Paul Revill. This month’s headline act is ZOE LYONS - one of the UK's favourite comedians. She’s performed at The Edinburgh Fringe and was a mentor on Channel 4's Stand Up & Deliver for ‘Stand Up To Cancer UK’. Zoe is known for her mixture of silliness, satire and caustic one liners! Support is from James Ellis who was named South Coast Comedian of the Year in 2021, and was a regional finalist for the BBC New Comedy Award. He is currently on tour supporting Angela Barnes on her “Hot Mess” Tour.

Thursday is Halloween so what better than going to the Crooked Crow ‘Halloween Party? Entry is free, Halloween costumes encouraged and a soundtrack of the best Kerrang / Nu Metal on the playlist. Start is 8pm, entry is free – and you can bring in your own party food!

Friday is Wenz Day – well it’s the day ‘Wenz Day’, an epic Green Day tribute band from Bedfordshire perform! They will be performing both Dookie and American Idiot in their entirety – a must for any Green Day fans. Tickets to see this great Green Day tribute are available from the Crooked Crow website.

Saturday night sees the return of favourite bangin’ 90s indie and Britpop classics band ‘Popscene!’ playing all your favourite tunes from that era. The band from north London will be playing all the great British sounds. The band say ‘if it's danceable and cool, it's in!’ The band is on at 9pm – don’t be late as once the venue is full that’s it! There’s also the regular Saturday ‘happy hour’ from 8pm until 9pm.
