Love Island 2021 cast: rumoured contestants for season 7 of reality show - and start date


Love Island 2021 kicks off in less than four weeks and promises to be more explosive than ever.
While the couples might be shaken up, the format of singletons, a Spanish villa, tan lines, swimwear and millennial phrases are sure to still feature.

The cast and crew are expected to fly to Majorca on 20 June, so who are the contestants and when will Love Island air? This is what you need to know.

Who are the Love Island 2021 contestants?
The contestants for this summer have yet to be formally confirmed by ITV bosses but there have been many rumours about who to expect in the villa.

Influencer from Chelsea
23-year-old Aimee-Rose is an Insta-famous blogger with over 30,000 followers and is now sponsored by brands including Reiss and H&M.

She started out as a blogger while studying for a religion, philosophy and ethics degree at King's College London, but now jet-sets around the world for free, being paid by brands to promote their destinations and products on her Instagram @aimazin.
Aimee-Rose claims she is so sought after now, she earns upwards of £5,000 for promoted Instagram posts.
Holly Ramsay
Daughter of British chef Gordon Ramsay
Former fashion student and podcaster Holly is well known for her candid and open chats about her mental health journey, on her podcast ‘21 and over’ and is already making a name for herself as a progressive, empowering entrepreneur.
She recently told her audience how she received hospital treatment after being sexually assaulted twice at the age of 18.

She gave up her studies after struggling to come to terms with her experience, and was then admitted to Nightingale Hospital in London, a private mental health hospital, where she remained an inpatient for three months and was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression.
Holly is also signed to EST Model management and shares her life with her 238,000 Instagram followers.
Love Island producers have reportedly been in talks with the second Ramsay daughter for months, and secured her as a contestant in the past few weeks.
Toluwa Adepeju
Junior doctor
NHS doctor Toluwa Adepeju has shot to fame on Instagram after sharing his work and the stress of the Covid pandemic with his followers.

The 25-year-old is rumoured to be the next Dr Alex George - down to earth, hardworking, leading from the front and highly intelligent, according to The Sun.
Adepeju has campaigned on his social media to promote getting the vaccine, staying at home to save lives and to showcase why NHS staff are the real heroes.
He is thought to be taking time out of his 70-hour weeks to chill by the pool, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Alexis Bailey
Miss Manchester runner up 2019
Bailey is thought to be bringing pageant beauty and heat to the Spanish villa.

The 21-year-old fire eater, aerial dancer and model has shared numerous snaps of herself modelling lingerie with her Instagram followers.
She was also one of Wayne Lineker’s Dream Dolls in Ibiza.
According to The Mail, she is very open when it comes to talking about her sexual relationships and will have plenty to say in the villa.
Zack Chugg
Dentistry student
Leeds University student, Zack Chugg, has caused reason for rumour recently when he reportedly shared screenshots of numerous emails between him and Love Island bosses.
The 21-year-old, who also works as an online fitness coach and sports model, will be finishing up his second year as a dentistry student before entering the villa.

According to reports, he previously worked as a recruitment consultant for Lord Alan Sugar after securing a job due to family connections.
Harley Benn
Son of Boxing legend Nigel Ben
Professional boxer Harley, 24, is the not-so-secret child of Boxing legend Nigel Benn.
Harley was conceived during an affair between Nigel and his mother while Nigel’s second wife Carolyn was undergoing IVF treatment. She gave birth to twins Connor and India days after Harley was born.
Harley has a strained relationship with the Benn family, including half brother Connor who is also attempting to follow in his dad’s footsteps as a pro.

Meanwhile, Harley has only been defeated once in his professional career and sources report he hopes to be as popular with the ladies in the villa as former contestant and pro-boxer Tommy Fury.
James Price
Recruitment consultant from Worcester/Chelsea
Party boy Price is originally from Worcester and sources have told The Mail that he plans to bring the ‘worcestershire sauce’ to the villa.
He is a recruitment consultant working in the city and he and his friendship circle frequent the Fulham and Chelsea areas, where he is known for being a ladies man.
Price previously tried to pursue a relationship with former Islander Lucie Donlan, before she appeared on the fifth series of the show.

The 23-year-old is thought to prefer blondes, though his relationship record isn’t known.
When is Love Island back on TV?
Love Island 2021 will return to ITV2 from 28 June at 9pm.
The show runs for 8 weeks, with the pair not chosen to ‘couple up’ evicted each week.
