When is the Virgin River season 3 release date?
Virgin River season three will arrive on Netflix on Friday 9 July.
Season three’s ten episodes will all be released in one batch, perfect for anyone wanting something to binge over the weekend.

Who stars in Virgin River season three?
Season three will see a host of the regular cast return, including Alexandra Breckenridge who will play Mel Monroe.
Martin Henderson has confirmed his character Jack Sheridan will be back, along with Colin Lawrence, who plays John ‘Preacher’ Middleton.
Lauren Hammersley and Tim Matheson will also be returning as Charmaine Roberts and Vernon Mullins respectively. Also in the cast for season three is Annette O’Toole, Jenny Cooper, Grayson Gurnsey, Benjamin Hollingsworth and Dan Brady.

Hide AdThe latest season will also see two brand new characters. Grey’s Anatomy star Zibby Allen will be playing Jack Sheridan’s sister Brie, and Schitt’s Creek’s Stacey Farber will play Tara.
Finally Homeland star Patrick Sabongui will play Charmaine Robert’s new man Todd, and Markain Tarasuik will play Lizzie’s new love interest in the show, Parker.
What happens in the Virgin River season three trailer?
Netflix have released a short teaser for the upcoming season, showcasing another dramatic series to come.
In the two-minute clip, we see Jack dramatically wheeled to hospital with Mel by his side, before jumping in time three weeks later, showing a nearly recovered Jack back at the barbecue.

Hide AdAs well as revealing that Jack is alive, the trailer teases a number of upcoming plot points from Charmaine’s new man and Preacher struggling to look after Paige’s son Christopher, to Doc’s medical diagnosis and Mel’s wishes to have a baby with Jack.
At the start of season 3, we'll likely get answers about who shot Jack. For now, the cast is just as confused as the rest of us. "The writers are certainly leading you to believe that it's the Calvin group of people, but maybe if there's a season 3, there will be a twist in that," Breckenridge explained to Entertainment Tonight.
