From moon landings to mortgage help: Competition fans reveal their ultimate dream prizes

A trip to the moon, a Glastonbury lifetime pass, and even help with mortgages and energy bills - these were just some of the bold suggestions fans of an online competition specialist had when asked about their dream prizes.

BOTB, the dream giveaway company known for handing out life-changing prizes every week, took to social media to get insight into what its thousands of followers would most like to win.

While fans’ imaginations ran wild, one clear winner emerged - cash. The majority of respondents said they would love to see more cash prizes, allowing them to spend it however they wish.

BOTB presenter Christian Williams said: "We love giving away dream prizes, and it’s always fantastic to hear directly from our players about what excites them.

“It’s no surprise that cash is a top pick - it gives people total freedom to choose their own dream, whether that’s a new car, a luxury holiday, or even paying off some bills."

Beyond cash, fans were clear on their top car choices. Luxury and performance models dominated, with popular suggestions including a Rolls-Royce, BMW, Ferraris, Lotus, Porsche and Maserati.

But it wasn’t all about high-end speed - some players showed a love for the classics, with a Mini making the wish list. Others were thinking practically and requested an electric scooter as an eco-friendly transport option.

Campervans and static caravans also made the cut, appealing to those seeking freedom and adventure on the road.

Holidays were another big-ticket request, with followers dreaming of paradise destinations such as the Bahamas, the Philippines, Cambodia and Dubai.

A Monaco Formula One weekend also featured among the most sought-after experiences, appealing to motorsport fans looking for the ultimate racing getaway.

Christian added: "Some of the suggestions really made us smile - a trip to the moon? That’s ambitious! But we also saw a lot of practical requests, like mortgage and energy bill support, which shows what’s really on people’s minds right now.

“It’s a great reminder that our competitions aren’t just about luxury; they can genuinely change lives."
