Adam is NationalWorld's Social Media Editor, based in Manchester.
Born in Huddersfield and living there for 18 years, Adam then attended university in Newcastle. Whilst there he gained a degree in journalism from Northumbria University, as well as a Masters in media and public relations from Newcastle University.
Adam joined NationalWorld in 2021, having previously worked in marketing, whilst moving to Manchester at the same time.
Adam oversees NationalWorld’s social media coverage and has been with the brand since a month after its inception in March 2021.
Alongside this, Adam also writes about the latest events on social media (most of which has been dominated by Elon Musk's Twitter takeover), as well as his other interests in sport and television.
Adam has interests in football, cricket, darts, travel, technology and reading. A season-ticket holder at Huddersfield Town, he has followed the club up and down the country from Bournemouth to Newcastle and has seen the Terriers play in all four divisions of the English football pyramid. A keen cricket fan, he was also at Trent Bridge for England’s day five victory against New Zealand in 2022, a day which he describes as “the best day of his life.”
