Price and Woods have known each other for some time, through mutual friends and television work.
The couple were set up through their friends and became a couple in June 2020, just 10 months before Woods popped the question in April this year.

On September 28, Price was taken to hospital after a 'drug and drink-drive' crash that could leave her facing jail, according to The Sun.
The model, who lost her licence when she failed to tell police who was driving her pink Range Rover when it crashed in south east London and due to get her licence back until 13 October this year, is thought to have escaped with minor injuries.
Her family have shared a message saying their "worst fears nearly came true" in her alleged "drink-drive" crash.
She was involved in a collision on the B2135 near Partridge Green at around 6.20am, where she was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and was taken to hospital.
