A biker influencer was left bruised and shaken after she managed to fight off a knife-wielding thief who knocked her off her motorbike in an attempted theft.

Anna Makarenkova, better known as Aniuta Mini to her fans, was knocked off her motorbike as she rode home on Saturday (September 21). Despite facing an attacker who had a knife and also having a substance sprayed in her eyes, she managed to keep hold of her bike.

CCTV footage of the incident which the social media star shared to her Instagram account yesterday (Monday September 23), showed the popular biker going around a street corner on her Ducati Panigale when she was ambushed in Russia.

The video showed the unknown assailant, who appears to be a man, had been watching the influencer’s movements before she turned on to the street and then ran over to her to pull her off the bike.

Makarenkova had been out with her friends and was riding up home when her ordeal began at around 10.20pm. It is then that an unknown person, who was dressed in a tracksuit and camouflage mask and wearing black gloves, jumped out of the bushes and knocked her off her bike, according to her Instagram post.

The video shows the bike fall to the ground, while Makarenkova quickly gets up and move away from her attacker. The attacker attempts to steal the bike but realises they are unable to turn it on. It’s then, when Makarenkova tries to push them off the bike that the fight becomes more dangerous.

She wrote: “He reaches into his pocket, takes out a can of spray and an object that looks like a knife. He gets up from the motorcycle and walks towards me again. I fall to the ground, I understand that they are spraying me in the face with a canister, my eyes are burning badly, but I still have time to close the visor.” The influencer added that the suspect then kicked her in the back and the legs.

She managed to get back up, but the attacker then stole her mobile phone from her hands and walked away. The whole ordeal lasted around 20 minutes.

A passerby then came to Makarenkova’s aid, calling an ambulance and the police and also giving her his mobile phone so she could phone her mum. She wrote: “I understand that I can’t see anything, my eyes and hands are burning. At about 11pm the ambulance arrived, they washed my eyes, thank God there was no chemical burn.”

As part of her Instagram post about the incident, the star revealed she also suffered several bruises to her body and is now afraid to leave her house while the criminal is still at large.

She said during the incident her assailant did not utter a word. She added: “I remember mad green eyes. Anger.”
