Matt Kalil: Ex-NFL star sues ex-wife Haley Kalil after she claimed on Twitch livestream that his penis size ended their marriage

Haley, who is better known to fans by her social media handle ‘haleyybaylee’, made the shocking confession during an appearance on a Twitch livestream with popular streamer Marlon Garcia in November 2025. She revealed during the event that her ex-husband’s penis size was the “biggest factor” in the breakdown of their marriage.

The former couple married in 2015 and their marriage ended in 2022, when Haley filed for divorce.

During the livestream, she described Matt as being in the “0.01% of the population”, stating that his anatomy resembled “two coke cans, maybe even a third”. She added: “Deadass … for our whole marriage, deadass. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type s–t … That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.”

Her comments went viral at the time, with attention being drawn to the former Minnesota Vikings star.

Now, Matt is suing his ex-wife for invasion of privacy. According to TMZ, he was unhappy about the attention her comments earned him, with the former athlete looking to stay out of the spotlight following his retirement from American Football in 2019.

In documents obtained by the outlet, Matt described Haley’s comments as “ invasive commentary”, adding that his ex had “implied that the size of Plaintiff's genitalia was a primary factor in the parties' divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse with Plaintiff would leave her 'in tears.'"

The lawsuit also states that he has been the subject of “unwanted attention” from the public following the livestream and that his new wife, model Keilani Asmus, had been sent messages that are “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time”. He also argued that Haley “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage."

TMZ reports that Matt is seeking a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000 "on all causes asserted in the complaint”.

In a statement to the outlet, Haley said that she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” that legal action had been taken, adding: “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.” She also added that throughout the livestream conversation, she spoke highly of her ex-husband and referred to him as the “greatest guy in the world”.
