Dwayne Johnson announces that there will be a new Moana adaptation while Kim K finally apologises to Khloe

Dwayne “aka The Rock” Johnson is at the top of PeopleWorld’s hot list today as he has just revealed that Moana is to get a live-action update and we just can’t wait to see it. Johnson is set to reprise the role of Maui and revealed all about it on Twitter: “I’m deeply humbled and overcome with gratitude to bring the beautiful story of ‘Moana’ to the live-action big screen,” he said.

Next up on PeopleWorld’s hot list is Jeremy Renner. He is set to relive the horrific New Year’s Day accident that nearly killed him in an interview with Diane Sawyer. This will be his first interview since the accident and is entitled Jeremy Renner: The Diane Sawyer Interview-A Story of Terror, Survival and Triumph, it will be available to watch on Disney+  from Thursday 6 April. 

The last star on PeopleWorld’s hot list is BTS star Jimin who thanks to his new song, ‘Like Crazy’ has landed his first UK top 10 hit. And if that wasn’t enough, he has just beaten his own record from last week, when ‘Set Me Free Pt.2, reached No.30. 

Now, who is featured on PeopleWorld’s ‘not so hot’ list?

Well Kim Kardashian makes another appearance… She has finally said ‘sorry’ to younger sister Khloe after she made fun of her outfits on a 2018 trip to Japan. The reason why she has only now made the apology in 2023 is because fans have pointed out that she seems to be wearing a very similar jacket in Tokyo as the one that she said made Khloe look like ‘a clown.’

“People grow and evolve ok??? LOL I’M SORRY,” Kim wrote on her Instagram. Mmm, Kim. It’s great you have said ‘sorry,’ but perhaps you shouldn’t have called Khloe a ‘clown’ in the first place??

Next up on our not so hot list is Gerard Piqué. Fans of Shakira are not at all happy with the footballer and branded him ‘xenophobic’ after he reportedly claimed that her Latin American following ‘have no lives’ in a video. Oh dear, Gerard, Shakira fans were not happy with you before this, and I am sure they are even ‘less happy’ with you now!

Amir Khan most definitely deserves a place on our ‘not hot’ list today as he has been banned from boxing and all other sports following an anti-doping violation. It will be interesting to see now whether his appearance on I’m A Celebrity Legend all-star series will be in jeopardy. Watch this space…
