Emma Watson has reportedly split from her boyfriend Brandon Green after a 18 month relationship. Sources claim the couple split after Christmas after. The couple had met each others parents and holidayed together in the Italian city of Venice. Brandon is the son of businessman Philip who owned high street stores Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge.

The actress may not be too upset over the break-up as as she makes the Sunday Times rich list 2023. Emma is best known for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise but how else has she made her £60 million fortune?

Emma has been on our screens now for the past 22 years after first appearing as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films. The actress reportedly earned an estimated one million dollars for her first role in the Harry Potter franchise at just 10 years old.

She has since gone on to a successful acting career and big brand endorsement deals.

Fans may be excited to hear that HBO are set to launch a new Harry Potter TV series but sadly Emma won’t be reprising her role as Hermione. The new series will feature an entirely new cast but as Emma was reportedly paid around $30 million dollars for the last two films it’s likely they wouldn’t be able to afford her anyways.

These days the actress is more focused on her activism and using her platform for good. She is an advocate for feminism and gender equality as well as being a Goodwill ambassador for the UN.

Harry Potter 

The film franchise spanned over 10 years and earned Emma a whopping $70 million. The actual figures for each film are unknown but according to Cosmopolitan the fifth instalment Order of the Phoenix earned Emma $4 million and she earned $30 million for Deathly hallows part one and two. 

Film Roles

Of course Emma has been in many films since Harry Potter including The Bling Ring, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and the live action version of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Emma played the lead role 'Belle' and earned her an estimated $15 million dollars. 

Hestia Hebe

In 2017 Emma founded an investment company Hestia Hebe named after the Greek goddesses of the hearth, home and family, and youth, respectively.

Endorsement deals

Emma has been the face of British brand Burberry where she reportedly earned a six figure deal for the 2009 campaign. As well as landing a deal with French cosmetics brand Lancôme in 2011. More recently the actress stepped behind the camera for her directorial debut for Prada Paradoxe campaign which she directs, narrates and stars in.
