Who is Harry Styles’ personal trainer Brad Gould? PT joins Love on Tour in Australia and attended Brits 2023

No doubt about it, Harry Styles is hot right now as he wraps up his worldwide Love on Tour set in Australia.

The gigs come after the ‘Late Night Talking’ singer was successful throughout the 2023 music awards season. Not only did he win a Grammy and three Brit trophies out of four nominations, but he also sent fans into a craze when he deleted a picture in the gym while wearing a t-shirt with his former One Direction band mates on.

While most eyes were focused on Harry giving his acceptance speeches, looking stylish in lavish outfits, and potentially hinting at a 1D reunion, some fans’ heads were turning in the direction of a man right by Harry’s side at the start of this year.

TikTok users have been obsessing over Harry’s personal trainer Brad Gould, who is currently keeping the singer’s fitness at peak for his concerts Down Under, but who is the British PT? PeopleWorld takes a look.

Brad Gould is a personal trainer born in February 1990 in Bournemouth, who runs his own company called Brad Gould PT Limited. 

The 33-year-old strength and conditioning coach started his company in 2019, according to the UK government website, and has a certification in myTPI which allows trainers to ‘evaluate golfers for physical limitations’.

Before Brad created his own PT business, he was a reported model, with fans emphasising his good looks on Twitter with statements such as ‘I’m slowly but surely falling for Brad, he is SO FINE!’, ‘I’d bring him everywhere too,’ and ‘thank you Brad Gould.’

In addition to training Harry in the gym since October 2022, Brad has been seen hanging out with the ‘Music for a Sushi Restaurant’ hitmaker as friends, including at a golf resort while on the Australian leg of Love on Tour, on a yacht, and as Harry’s guest at the 2023 Brit Awards.

As TikTok users shared a video of the pair hanging out with Chris Pine following 'spit-gate', they have also speculated that the British boys reportedly have matching tattoos, with swallows on their chest.

Brad has 19.3k followers on Instagram, and is followed by members of Harry’s band as well as Harry’s sister Gemma Styles.

While Harry is Brad’s number one client, it is not evident which other celebrities the Bournemouth-born PT has trained, but he seemingly has his hands full currently while travelling Australia with Mr Styles.
