The 'relationship' between Taylor Swift and singer Matty Healy has been hotting up. With the lead singer supporting Taylor on her current "Era’s" tour bobbing on the side-lines with Taylor’s dad and were spotted out on a ‘double-date’ with musician Jack Antonoff and his girlfriend actress Margaret Qualley.

I’m not usually one to make assumptions but the numbers seem to be adding up and the pair appear to be very much in a relationship, even the fans are convinced.
Now I need to state that I am 100 percent a ‘Swiftie’ (Taylor Swift fan) and I am only saying this as a friend because obviously I want to be in her OG girl-gang. But Taylor - I think it’s too soon for you to be dating Matty (sorry Matty.)
Hear me out; over the years Taylor has dated a few high profile celebrities including Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles and moved on pretty quickly. She has and even received the undeserving ‘reputation’ of being a serial dater.

Hide AdI’m not saying that’s a bad thing Taylor and everyone else on the earth can date who they want and as often as they want. My issue is that after breaking up with actor Joe Alwyn only a few weeks ago, moving on with Matty so soon after could be a bad idea.
Many people are already speculating that this relationship is just a rebound and similar to when the Anti-hero singer broke up from DJ Calvin Harris - after over a year together - and the same month jumped into a relationship with actor Tom Hiddleston.
Taylor and Joe dated for over six years and were planning on moving into a house in Belsize Park. Six years is a long time and when you plan on moving in together and buying a house means it was definitely serious you don't get over that after a few weeks.

Hide AdI know what it’s like after a long relationship, Taylor - I've been there myself! You end up getting straight into a new relationship because it’s comfortable and the singers have know each other for nine years so it would be easy to make the move from friendship to relationship. But being with someone is all you’ve known for the past few years but it doesn’t mean it’s right - I just wish Taylor would give herself a bit more time on her own to understand who she is now as a single lady before starting a new romance.
Speaking to Glamour Paulette Kouffman Sherman, author of 'Dating From The Inside Out', gives her advice on the appropriate amount of time to start dating after a break up, she says “Most people need a month or two to process the breakup, to mourn, and to integrate lessons before jumping back in if they were in a fairly serious relationship, If you dated someone for a year or more, you may need three to four months.”
The dating timeline may be disputed by some. I for one am not saying that six years equals not dating for x amount of months and you must not date this exact day. But maybe just give yourself some time enjoy single life, throw on a 'Revenge dress' a go out with your mates Blake and Ryan.
