Radiohead cancel two concerts at Copenhagen as lead singer Thom Yorke falls ill - can you get a refund?
UK rock band Radiohead have cancelled a gig at the eleventh hour - and won’t be performing tomorrow either.
Radiohead have delayed two Copenhagen shows after Thom Yorke was hit with what the band have described as an “extreme throat infection”.
The concerts in Denmark were the first half of a four night run at the Royal Arena, part of the group’s 2025 comeback tour.

A band spokesperson said: “Radiohead are gutted to have to announce the postponement of the first two Copenhagen dates this week – tonight, December 1 and tomorrow, December 2.
“We are devastated to have to postpone these two shows at such short notice but Thom has been diagnosed with an extreme throat infection which has made it impossible for him to sing. Treatment is underway and we’re hopeful Thom will recover in time to play the final two Copenhagen shows on December 4 and 5, and all four Berlin shows, starting on December 8.
“We have been so blown away by the audience reactions on these dates and are loving being back on stage again; needless to say, we feel terrible that we have been forced to postpone these shows.”
Both of the cancelled Copenhagen shows have been moved to the same venue on December 15 and 16. Tickets will roll over automatically, and fans who need refunds can contact their original seller.
It comes not long after the band wrapped four sold out nights at the O2 in London, where they set a new attendance record - a title held by Metallica since 2017.
