The Celebrity Ex On The Beach line-up for 2022 has been revealed, as has the location where the filming will take place.

Perhaps the most high profile names appearing on the show, also happen to be exes. Megan Barton-Hanson, who appeared on Love Island in 2018, where she coupled up with Wes Nelson.

James Locke, most known for his involvement with The Only Way Is Essex since 2013, is another stand-out name from this year’s line-up.

To add more to the mix, James and Megan briefly dated in 2021, and whilst their break-up wasn’t thought to be anything other than amicable, the two newly single’s are expected to still cause drama.

Ex On The Beach isn’t entirely cryptic in its name. Single celebs, most of them with a reality TV background, are whisked off to sunny Gran Canaria to ultimately find love, but there’s a major twist.

Soon enough, their exes enter to disturb the peace, and contestants are kept on their toes, unaware of who will emerge.

MTV released a teaser trailer, unveiling the celebrities who are taking part on the show.

Here’s the nine singletons confirmed to appear on this year’s show.

George Boyle

You may only know George from his drag name, where he goes by the name ‘A’whora’. Boyle is best known for his appearances on the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, where he placed fifth on the show.

Before his rise to prominence on the popular show, Boyle was a fashion designer, and producer a sustainable 10 piece collection for H&M in 2015, and also worked for Kurt Geiger, John Lewis and even modelled for Vogue Italia.

To add to an already impressive background, Boyle, as A’whora, walked the runway at London Fashion Week in February 2021 alongside fellow RuPaul contestant ‘Bimini Bon-Boulash’ .

James Locke

If you’re well versed in anything Towie, you’ll know Locke due to his involvement in the show, which he joined in 2013, during the shows eighth season.

Aside from Towie, Locke has branched out and also appeared on another reality TV show based around finding love, as he took part in Celebs Go Dating, and also has his own restaurant in Essex named ‘Lockie’s Kitchen’.

The 35-year-old, born in Bromley, recently hit headlines due to his love life as he was in a brief, albeit public relationship with fellow reality TV royalty Megan Barton-Hansen, who is also appearing on the show.

KC Osborn

Clearly the stint down under was unsuccessful, as she is appearing on this show.

Kazimir Crossley

Kaz, as she’s most known, was on the fourth season of the popular ITV show, Love Island, where she was a late entry, coming in at the dramatic Casa Amor stage where she found love with Joshua Denzel, causing dramatic scenes during a recoupling.

Prior to her appearance on Love Island, Kaz, who finished third on the show, had a budding career as a make-up artist, and worked with the likes of Stormzy on the set of his ‘Gang Signs & Prayer’ album, and also worked with Maya Jama prior to her Love Island appearance.

Michael is best known for his involvement on Love Island, where he was involved with many ladies on the show.

Nathan is well used to the reality TV show circuit, having appeared on Celebs Go Dating, and being one of the central figures of another MTV show, Geordie Shore.

The popular reality TV show, launched in 2011, arguably hit its peak when Nathan joined, and since then he has become a well liked and integral member.

Prior to joining the Geordie Shore cast, Nathan was a hairdresser, and plied his trade in Northallerton, a village in North Yorkshire.

When he joined the show in 2015, Nathan was openly bisexual, and was the first ever cast member to identify as anything other than straight. However, deeper into his stint as a cast member, he came out as gay and the rest of the Geordie Shore family were totally behind him.

Less than a year on from the show and Megan was reportedly embroiled in a feud with pro skater Vanessa Bauer, who was Wes’ dance partner on Dancing on Ice, amid claims they were more than partners.

However, nothing happened between them but not long after Wes and Megan broke up, and since then she has embarked on romances with footballer Chelcee Grimes and fellow Celebrity Ex on the Beach contestant James Locke.

Karlstad, who is from Norway and currently resides in Oslo and is also a Love Island star.

However, she appeared on the Swedish Love Island, and it seemingly didn’t pan out as she is confirmed to be on this show.
