Celebrity Mastermind is set to return to TV screens, with a host of celebrities ready to take on their specialist subjects in the iconic chair.

But who is in the line-up for Celebrity Mastermind 2022 and when is it on TV?

Which celebrities will be on this year’s Celebrity Mastermind?

The line-up for this year’s has been revealed, with 56 celebrities to take on the famous black chair with their chosen specialist subjects.

The full line-up of celebrities and their chosen specialist subjects is as follows:

Week one

  • David James, former England goalkeeper. Specialist subject: Roy Lichtenstein
  • Antony Costa, singer. Specialist subject: Grease the musical
  • Jackie Weaver, council officer. Specialist subject: the Chronicles of Riddick
  • Ellie Taylor, comedian. Specialist subject: Geri Halliwell

Week two

  • Ruthie Henshall, actress. Specialist subject: the film musicals of Gene Kelly
  • Chris Mason, BBC political correspondent. Specialist subject: the Yorkshire Dales
  • Poppy Jay, broadcaster. Specialist subject: Cardi B
  • Rufus Hound, comedian and actor. Specialist subject: Jim Henson

  • Janette Manrara, former Strictly professional dancer and TV presenter. Specialist subject: Disney’s renaissance era

When will it be on TV?

The first episode of Celebrity Mastermind 2022 will air on BBC One on Saturday 5 February at 7.15pm with host Clive Myrie, with a new episode on each Saturday.
