Legends of Tomorrow follows a time travelling band of antiheroes flitting through history and saving humanity wherever they can. Picture Doctor Who, but grungier.

Season six found the Legends in Texas in 1925, with captains Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe finally getting married and saving Earth from an alien invasion.

What is the plot of Legends of Tomorrow season 7?

Season seven begins with the crew’s ship, a Waverider being blown up by another Waverider from the future, leaving them stranded in Odessa.

The Legends travel to New York to find an inventor, Dr. Gwyn Davies, who may be able to hook them up with a primitive time machine.

With the unknown enemies who blew up their ship on their tail, this season will take the Legends across America, into the Second World War and through (literal) Hell.

When will Legends of Tomorrow season 7 be released in the UK?

The seventh season aired in the US in October 2021 but there has been a long wait for UK fans to see the series.

Season seven will begin airing in the UK on Sky on 30 March at 8pm.

All episodes from seasons 1-6 are currently available to watch on Sky.
