British actor Clive Owen plays President Bill Clinton in the TV drama. Owen is best known for his roles in Inside Man, Children of Men and King Arthur.
Beanie Feldstein - Monica Lewinsky
Beanie Feldstein stars in the Impeachment: American Crime Story as Monica Lewinsky. Lewinksy was the White House intern at the centre of the scandal. She has gone on to become an anti-bullying activist, and was a producer of the TV show. Feldstein is best known for her starring role in Booksmart.
Sarah Paulson - Linda Tripp

Playing the role of Bill Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, is Edie Falco. Falco is best known for her starring roles in Nurse Jackie and The Sopranos.

Playing the role of Paula Jones is Tony-winning actress Annaleigh Ashford. Jones was the Arkansas state employee who sued President Clinton in 1994. The lawsuit proved to be a powerful foreshadowing of the later Lewinsky scandal.
Cobie Smulders - Ann Coulter
How I Met Your Mother star Cobie Smulder plays the controversial right-wing author Ann Coulter. A former lawyer, Coulter provided legal advice to Linda Tripp, and went on to be a political pundit on the news circuit.
Billy Eichner - Matt Drudge

Another Ryan Murphy favourite, Judith Light stars as Susan Carpenter-McMillan. Carpenter-McMillan was Paula Jones’s spokesperson and headed her legal fund. She played an instrumental role when Jones rejected a reported $700,000 settlement from Clinton.
Margo Martindale - Lucianne Goldberg
Margo Martindale returns to the TV screen after he role as Bella Abzug in Mrs. America to plan Lucianne Goldberg. Goldberg was a literary agent who helped coerce Linda Tripp into taping her phone calls with Monica Lewinsky.
When is Impeachment: American Crime Story out on BBC?
Impeachment: American Crime Story airs each Tuesday evening on BBC Two. On 9 November it airs at 9.15pm, then at 9.10pm the following Tuesdays.
The 10-episode programme premiered on 19 October.
