‘Love to Cook’ comes following the publishing of her new book, by the same name.

But, in a break from her traditional cooking styles, Mary will cook everything from chicken and herb casserole to roasted pepper, beetroot and feta tart and Nordic loaf.
In addition to showing how delicious dishes can be made easy and fool-proof, she also shares some of her top tips and visits guests who are equally as keen on cuisine.

Episode one
May cooks mouthwatering aubergine caponata, a warming vegetable noodle soup, her luxurious chicken and herb casserole and a delicious sunshine cake, all packed with colourful vegetables.

Hide AdShe also finds time to share some excellent quick tips about how to make the most of preserving and cooking with herbs.
Episode 2
She shows how to perfect a roasted duck legs and a pan-fried prawn dish, packed with seeds and nuts. Mary also bakes a Nordic loaf, high in fibre and protein. She pairs the loaf with dill-pickled vegetables. In true Mary Berry style, she finishes the show with a contemporary take on a classic passion fruit tart.
Episode 3
Mary bakes her own easy, melt-in-the-mouth cheese biscuits, rustles up a fragrant lamb rogan curry, alongside a sticky soy and ginger pork platter.
To finish, the Queen of Puds shows how to make crispy-yet-creamy chocolate profiteroles, the perfect dessert for Christmas dinner.

Hide AdMary proves she can also master meats with a roast fillet of beef with fresh horseradish, served with a magical platter of vegetables.
For the meat-free mains, she bakes a sumptuous roasted pepper, beetroot and feta tart, and a scrumptious crusted salmon with samphire, served with a velvety lemon sauce.
Mary’s final recipe is a paradise chocolate cake, an indulgent dark chocolate sponge that's dripping with chocolate icing and decorated with beautiful shards of white and dark chocolate.
Episode 5
Mary shows deliciousness can also be served super quick, with a stir-fry hoisin chicken.

The recipes for the final show are not yet known. As it is set to air on December 16, it could be a Christmas special.
