Today, I'm back selecting the hots and nots for People World as our editor, Marina, has a well deserved day off.

Our first hot is the woman who has made her name for being a sex symbol and is looking set to reclaim her own story. Many people have used Pamela Anderson's name for profit, with the dramatisation of her and ex-husband Tommy Lee's relationship in the mini-series, Pam and Tommy: The Untold Story of the World's Most Infamous Sex Tape. Lily James was put in prosthetics to achieve the same forehead as Pamela.

The whole thing must be surreal for the former Playboy model and actress who has been a strong animal rights activist for many years. We look forward to hearing her side of the story, which was encouraged by her two sons to ensure her legacy is as accurate as possible. Pamela is releasing her story on Netflix next year in a documentary coming out on 31 January 2023.

She's been through a great deal in her life, and she's been courageous in addressing abuse from her childhood which will give a voice to many people who may be experiencing similar. Pamela is easily our top choice for today.

Our next hot is Jenna Ortega who has become the 'Queen of scream' as she takes on another horror film. The actress has the perfect blend of innocence and surprise to make audiences have the ultimate scare experience.

The 20-year-old actress has thrilled audiences throughout 2022 with her performances in horror movies such as ‘X’ and ‘Scream 5’, and even clinched the MTV award for 'Most Frightened Performance'. She is set to continue her work in the genre as the first trailer for Scream 6 is released. There's no stopping Jenna on her horror crusade.

Our last hot for today is Georgia Harrison. She's been to hell and back thanks to the horrific actions of her ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear who released a sex tape of them together. Bear has been convicted this week and Georgia has waived her right to anonymity to ensure justice and encourage other victims to come forward and report to police.

She's our third hot pick as she holds her head high and proves that you can gain strength from seeing some form of justice occur.

Our first not for today is Henry Cavill. He was flying high a few months ago as he announced his return as Superman, but things have backtracked since then and the director and producer wish to take things in a different direction. Cavill announced on Instagram that: "I will, after all, not be returning as Superman. After being told by the studio to announce my return back in October, prior to their hire, this news isn’t the easiest, but that’s life."

His post is generally sanguine and he clearly has other options in the pipeline. We wonder what he'll be offered next...

Our next not is the Tory MP and Justice Secretary Dominic Raab. There are now eight formal complaints and allegations of bullying against Raab. The deputy prime minister had vowed to “thoroughly rebut and refute” the three official complaints he was already facing, one from the MoJ and two from his time as foreign secretary and Brexit secretary.

The further formal allegations will come as a blow to Raab’s attempts to clear his name, and raise yet more questions about Rishi Sunak’s judgment in reappointing him to such a senior post. Not a good look for anyone, least of all a man in one of Britain's most senior political roles.

Our last not for today is Madonna. We don't want to put her in our nots again, however, she leaves us with no choice. She's been posting topless selfies from her bathroom on social media. She has six children, four of whom are teenagers. This is mortifying, surely, for them? Or maybe they don't mind and just think 'Aw, there goes Mum again! What's she like?!'

If they have a strong sense of humour then great. But if they are like most children, they'll be aghast. Yes, it's Madonna. Yes, she's always been breaking taboos. Yes, we've seen enough now and there are many other ways to break boundaries that don't involve unravelling or unrobing on social media.
