Who are the drag queens in Rupaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World?

Ru Paul’s Drag Race started  in 2009 and has had 14 seasons in the US.

In recent years the franchise has launched internationally with spin-offs in Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Canada, the UK, Thailand and Chile.

In RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World, fans have been able to see queens from around the globe compete here in the UK.

Out of the nine drag queens taking part, three were from the UK - Cheryl Hole, Baga Chipz and Blu Hydrangea.

Jujubee and Mo Heart competed for the US, Lemon and Jimbo for Canada, Janey Jacké represented Holland and Pangina Heals took to the stage for Thailand.

Which queens will be in the final?

Five episodes of the show have aired so far and drag queens Lemon, Cheryl Hole, Jimbo, Pangina Heals and Janey Jacké  have been eliminated.

This means that the four queens in the final are Jujubee, Mo Heart, Baga Chipz and Blu Hydrangea.

The final will be a fight between the US and the UK but there is no clear front runner to take the crown.

Jujubee is the only final contestant who has been in the bottom two during the show but she won last week’s semi-final challenge.

Blu Hydrangea has a win under her belt after an impressive performance in episode five’s Snatch Game, where she impersonated Austin Powers.

Neither Mo Heart nor Baga Chipz has won an episode so the final is wide open for a dark horse to swoop in and take the crown.

What will happen in the final of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World?

The final will be a Lip Sync Smackdown between the four remaining queens.

After each round one queen will be eliminated until just two are left to fight it out for the crown.

The drag queens will be judged by RuPaul, Graham Norton and Michelle Visage.

Fans can expect a big production with emotional ballads, upbeat pop songs and dramatic outfits worthy of a finale.

Where can I  watch the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World finale?

The finale episode of season one will air on BBC Three on Tuesday 8 March at 9pm.

The hour-long finale will be available to stream on the BBC IPlayer shortly after.

Will there be another series?

It has not yet been announced if the spin off show will continue for a second season.
