As if Selling Sunset wasn’t already providing enough drama, property envy and competition, Netflix is about to release an all new spin off series.
In an all-black, all-female line up of empowering, ambitious and confident estate agents, Selling Tampa is sure to bring another helping of epic reality TV.
Lead by Florida-based agency owner Sharelle Rosado, Netflix said of the cast: “These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.”
So, when does the series release on the streaming site in the UK, and who is in the cast? This is what you need to know.
When is Selling Tampa released on Netflix?
The wait is nearly over, all eight episodes of Selling Tampa will drop on Netflix in the UK on December 15.
Who is in the Selling Tampa cast?
This fierce group of competitive, ambitious and hilarious women include Sharelle Rosado, who the Netflix synopsis described as having “big plans for her brokerage” and “won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.”
Here is the cast in full:
Rosado launched Allure in 2019 and soon had big plans for her takeover of the Suncoast.
She is precise, no nonsense and a natural leader, drawing on her strengths from her time as a United States Army paratrooper.
Her ambition as CEO of Allure is to support women from minority backgrounds in the diverse communities of Tampa, Florida.
She landed the Netflix gig after sliding into the DMs of Selling Sunset director Adam DiVello.
Speaking to Glamour Magazine, she said: "I thought it was time to turn the spotlight on us and began contacting various people I knew in the television industry to see if they were interested."
Juawana is Rosado’s right-hand lady, with the most experience dealing with high end clients and settling big money deals.
She is also Allure Realty’s top-performing agent and first became interested in real estate as a child when her grandfather brought her along to inspections of apartments he owned.
Juawana works as a real estate agent and office manager at Allure Realty.
Rena Frazier has been with Allure since it started out but has ambitions of her own.
She is clearly a driven professional, as she has achieved degrees in both law and civil and environmental engineering.
When the series begins, she is employed as one of the agent’s associates, but the trailer teases she could become big competition as it suggests she begins a firm of her own.
In a room full of highly driven estate agents, Colony prides herself on being one of the highest performers and has some of the best experience out of all the women.
Selling Tampa’s introduction of her on Instagram said Reeves "understands the importance of wealth building and homeownership", as she had prior experience in the industry before joining Sharelle’s team in 2019.
Alexis Williams has vast experience as a realtor and advocates for “building rapport with buyers and sellers alike.”
In announcing her role on the Netflix spinoff, she posted to her instagram: “Fresh Market, Fresh attitude.
“Look at me and my gorgeous colleagues dominating the real estate market! From the creator of Selling Sunset -- Selling Tampa”.
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere knows the importance of securing customer satisfaction, as she has worked in various customer facing roles before becoming an estate agent.
Also on her CV is several years experience as a property accountant, which may be why she is said to work "relentlessly" to get her clients what they want.
Giorgio has already established herself as a fierce self-promoter on Instagram, while also sharing that she is vegan.
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she grew up working at her dad’s car dealership before moving to Orlando, Florida as a teen.
In a recent post to her 8.2k followers, she wrote: “You’re not going to tell me who I am. I’m going to tell you WHO I AM,” while in another she said: “work until you no longer have to introduce yourself.”
Certified credit repair specialist Tennille has lived in the Tampa area for many years, allowing her to appreciate the clients’ needs and what the county has to offer.
She also worked for 16 years as the Chief Legislative Assistant in the Florida Senate, a role which has helped shape her career as a real estate agent.
In a recent Instagram post, the luxury realtor told her followers: “Luxury isn’t always the property, I provided luxurious service as well.”
