It is all change for The BRIT Awards 2026 as they will take place in Manchester instead of London for the first time. It will be presented by comedian, actor, presenter and writer Jack Whitehall.
The BRIT Awards 2026 will honour the late rock icon Ozzy Osbourne with their Lifetime Achievement Award and his widow Sharon Osbourne has curated a special performance of ‘No More Tears’ to close the show.
Stacey Tang, Chair of the 2026 BRIT Awards Committee and Co-President of RCA Records at Sony Music UK, said: “Ozzy Osbourne has been a mighty force in modern music. Possessing an unmistakable voice and unique presence, he reshaped the sound and spirit of rock, inspiring generations of artists who followed.
“This Lifetime Achievement Award recognises a remarkable legacy built on originality and enduring influence, that continues to connect with fans worldwide.”
According to Ozzy Osbourne’s Facebook page, “Ozzy will be awarded the prestigious BRIT’S s Lifetime Achievement Award
“An all-star rock tribute performance, curated by Sharon, will close the show on Saturday night featuring a special arrangement of ‘No More Tears.’
“Boasting a phenomenal line up of British and international musical talent, the performance will feature musicians that played as part of Ozzy’s band over the years, including Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, Tommy Clufetos and Zakk Wylde, and be fronted by long-standing fan of the music, and friend of the Osbourne family, Robbie Williams.”
When it comes to the worst dressed stars at The BRIT Awards 2026, be sure to expect some outfits that will attract attention for all the wrong reasons. Who can forget Sam Smith’s custom-made, black, inflatable, and exaggerated-shape latex suit designed by Harri for the BRIT Awards 2023, it was not a good look!
