The legendary band are hitting the road again for a massive global trek, including dates at Knebworth, Celtic Park, and the Etihad Stadium. But don't get your hopes up for fresh tracks, as Noel Gallagher has poured cold water on any new material.

Oasis are set to embark on a colossal 38-show world tour in 2027, but fans hoping for new music from the iconic Manchester band might be left disappointed. Noel Gallagher has firmly shut down any speculation of fresh material, despite the huge global trek.

The Live 27 tour will see the Gallagher brothers and co. return to the legendary Knebworth, more than 30 years after their iconic 1996 gigs. They'll play four dates at the Hertfordshire park on September 11, 12, 18, and 19, 2027. Registration for tickets is open on Ticketmaster and Seat Unique, the VIP ticket seller.

Speaking to Talksport, Noel Gallagher was unequivocal: “There won’t be any new music, no.” When pressed if he meant “not at all?”, he simply replied “nah.” He also remained tight-lipped about the band's future beyond the upcoming tour, stating, “I don’t know.”

This massive tour follows their successful Live 25 reunion, which reportedly raked in over £293 million. The band will also hit Glasgow’s Celtic Park for five nights in May, Manchester’s Etihad Stadium for a whopping 10 dates in June, and Ireland’s Slane Castle for two shows in September.

European stops include Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, and Rome, with US fans getting a taste of Oasis in Boston and Las Vegas. Richard Ashcroft is confirmed as the support act for all dates.

Noel revealed the decision to tour again came after the second Wembley show of their Live 25 run. “Nobody really knew what was going to happen at the (time),” he explained. “So we did Cardiff and Manchester, and then by the time we got to Wembley, somebody said, ‘well, you know’, and it was decided we were going to do it, and it was all set in motion then.”

Ticket registration is already open until Thursday, September 17, at 4pm. Successful registrants will receive a non-transferable code for three exclusive sales windows on September 25, 26, and 27. Oasis has confirmed there will be no general sale, aiming for a “fair and smooth” purchase process.

Standard ticket prices via Ticketmaster are fixed between £71.50 and £266.60. However, the previous Live 25 tour saw issues with varying prices and scalping, leading to a Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigation into Ticketmaster.

The CMA found Ticketmaster didn't clearly communicate that standing tickets were sold at different prices or that prices would increase once cheaper options sold out. They also noted that some “platinum” tickets were nearly two and a half times the price of “standard” ones without offering additional benefits.

Ticketmaster has since committed to clearer communication about ticket prices in queues, though the CMA stated it had “not made any findings about whether consumer law has been infringed.”

Alternative ticket providers include Seat Unique, which specialises in VIP and hospirtality experiences for fans.

Oasis, featuring Liam and Noel Gallagher, Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, and Joey Waronker, reunited after a long-standing feud that led to their 2009 split. The band boasts eight UK number one singles and eight UK number one albums, with hits like 'Wonderwall' and 'Don’t Look Back In Anger' still fan favourites.
