Christmas ads are starting to appear on TV, supermarkets are stocking seasonal supplies and twinkly fairy lights adorn most high streets.

The sound of jingle bells on your rooftop is not far off.

When should I send deliveries for Christmas?

"Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for international deliveries. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe," said a Royal Mail spokesperson.
