If you want to get your hands on a pair of YEEZY shoes, you will be pleased to read that August 2023 is when you will hopefully be able to purchase them. At the end of July, Adidas revealed that the products will be “available in phrases throughout the month of August 2023.”

According to Adidas “the products will be available through Adidas' digital platforms including the CONFIRMED app, Adidas app and adidas.com. Selected Adidas wholesale partners will also be a part of this release, through their digital platforms only. The products will be available from August 2nd, with a phased release to help manage demand whilst ensuring a fair and premium experience for consumers.”

The YEEZY drop in August follows a previous release in May 2023. In May, Adidas also revealed that they will “donate a significant amount to selected organisations working to combat discrimination and hate, including racism and antisemitism.”

In October 2022, Adidas revealed that they had terminated their partnership with Kanye West, now known as Ye, with immediate effect, as the company “do not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech. They went on to say that “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”

According to Complex, “As mentioned, the first relaunch took place in May, and the drop reportedly had $565 million worth of orders for its 4 million pairs of Yeezy sales.”

Eight months after Kayne West tweeted an image of a swastika blended with a star of David, his account has been reinstated on Elon Musk’s platform X. According to The Wall Street Journal, “West won’t be eligible to monetize his account, and ads won’t appear next to his posts.”
